Therapy Approach

As a person seeks to change, grow, and heal I help them look at their world view and definitions created from their experiences. This incorporates cognitive and behavioral processes, an exploration of the systems in their lives, and an invitation for mind-body connection. 

My approach is multifaceted depending on the needs of the client. Along with traditional talk therapy and goal setting, changes occur from a variety of evidence based experiential options including art, mindfulness, writing, yoga, breathing, and body awareness.
